Peer Review

Although recognized as a necessary part of professional nursing practice and promoted by the ANA in their 1983 publication few organizations have defined and implemented meaningful peer review processes. My consultation helps organizations develop peer review structures and processes to achieve the best practices outcomes and superior performance for both quality and patient safety as envisioned by the ANA peer review guideline authors over 20 years ago.
